School Chocolate Workshops

Service Description

Please see below the two options available: Option 1: This sessions include making and decorating a chocolate lollipop with a patterned transfer of choice, and also filling, capping and decorating two of their own truffles with a caramel filling. The chocolates are finished in a gold two choc box for them to take home. Option 2: This sessions include making and decorating a chocolate lollipop with a patterned transfer of choice, and decorating a chocolate brownie, and biscuit. Both sessions include a brief educational presentation on how the Chocolate House came to be what we are today, and also the history of chocolate, and how it's made. The session concludes with a fun quiz. The session usually takes around 45 mins / 1 hour depending on the size of the group. If required, the workshop space could be used for children to have their lunch. Minimum size group; 20 Maximum size group 35 Groups over 35 can be split into two sessions.
